Each circle focuses on a specific function or domain, such as building new projects, raising funds, developing digital solutions, organizing events, or managing the marketplace. In circles, we plan, and execute, our own work autonomously, without needing approval from above.

We make our decisions by consent, not top-down instructions or majority vote. Consent invites us to surface concerns, listen deeply, and find solutions together. When perspectives differ, we treat them opportunities to learn, prioritise open dialogue and shared understanding.

Decisions, finances, and processes are openly shared across the organisation. We keep information accessible to everyone, prevent gatekeeping and build collective ownership. Transparency is our daily practice of shared stewardship, not an abstract value.

Our digital workspace lets us contribute in our own time by picking up tasks and sharing updates asynchronously. We also meet online to connect, coordinate and co work, creating a healthy balance between flexibility across time zones and meaningful collaboration.
