Gustavo is a data analyst with a background in sustainable energy, technology and management. He brings an analytical and systems perspective to Viable, helping connect data, technology and sustainability with the organisation’s long term development.
Ladan Fadaei

Ladan brings more than 15 years of experience across the public and social sectors, including coaching, training, leadership and knowledge management. She combines a strong commitment to social impact with experience in helping people and organisations navigate change.
Vincent Adrichem
Executive Director since 2022
Vincent founded Viable Community to develop practical, community-owned alternatives to extractive economic systems. He focuses on strategy, organisational development and building the infrastructure that enables communities to create and exchange value.

Matthieu brought more than 15 years of entrepreneurial experience and expertise in managing and coaching NGOs. As an early board member, he helped guide Viable through its first years of development and contributed to building the foundations of the organisation.
